Our signature 12-week program is a customized wellness experience that focuses on personal and professional transformation through a balance of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The guided journey takes you through The Paths of Purpose, Abundance, Transformation, and Happiness (below) and culminates in a customized path forward, combining your inner, outer, higher, and shared purpose to live a more meaningful, impactful, and fulfilled life. Individual programs include weekly 1:1 coaching, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness sessions, plus tailored course content, practices, and exercises. PATH of Well-Being workshops and events are also available for groups.
Path of Purpose

Live Well and Work Well sessions are live, one-hour, personal (1:1) appointments on Zoom or Google Meet with Amber Heinrich. Each session is tailored to meet your needs, and can include a combination of 1:1 career, leadership, or well-being coaching, hypnotherapy, energy clearing, and/or customized mindfulness practices (yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, or ayurvedic consultation). You can schedule a single session to address a specific challenge, or book a series of sessions, depending on what you're looking to achieve. If you're new to Spirit Stone Wellness, make sure to schedule a free info call first, so we can determine if we're a good fit and decide on the best approach together.

Our 12-week holistic well-being program includes in-person, virtual (Zoom or Google Meet) sessions with Amber Heinrich, including course content and coaching (1 hour per week). The program focuses on four paths: Purpose, Abundance, Transformation, and Happiness. To support your progress and path forward, the program includes a one-hour Integration Session at the end of the 12 weeks, and a one-hour Follow-up Session, scheduled at your convenience. You will also receive a customized Well-Being Plan, including practices, resources, and exercises to expedite your personal PATH of Well-Being. For a limited time, we're offering two additional bonuses: one free hypnotherapy session and one free energy clearing session.
