Transformation happens this way. Revolution happens this way. Real, lasting change happens this way. It's personal. It starts with intention and grows — a quiet groundswell, undeniable and unapologetic.
This isn’t a retreat. It’s resetting. It's resettling into your forgotten truth. It's a revolution of well-being.
Something has to change. You know it. You feel it in your bones. This is your invitation to reclaim your well-being, a quiet revolution of wellness. It’s peaceful and kind. It’s not fancy. It’s real. It’s powerful. And, it’s fun.
If you’re ready for more than just some time off. If you’re ready for life to feel different, to be different. If you’re ready to be well, to be the change, and to be in the world, differently, join us!

Sometimes we meet at someone’s home. Sometimes we meet in small inns or retreat centers. We show up as guests and leave as friends. We leave stronger, healthier, happier, and more peaceful. We leave inspired, motivated, focused, and enthusiastic. Our spark comes back.
You'll come away rejuvenated and energized, feeling shifted, rested, changed, and supported. You'll discover a way to navigate life with clarity, ease, and lightness, your PATH of Well-Being: Being present in your life. Being in a state of flow. Being who you (really) are. Being in joy. Being on-purpose.
This experience isn't for everyone, but if it’s for you, you know it. You probably felt it. It feels like ‘knowing’ landed in you, mind, body, and spirit. It feels like hope, recognition, longing — Like a quiet “hell yes, this is happening.” If that’s you, join us.

$750 per person is required for event registration. Because we’re a small group and we commit to hosts in advance for lodging, excursions, and meal planning the $750 reservation commitment is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the experience begins. If you register within 30 days of the start date, payment in full is required to hold your spot.
For cancellations 30+ days before the start date: any payments beyond the $750 reservation commitment are fully refundable. As mentioned above, because we’re a small group and we commit to hosts in advance for lodging, excursions, and meal planning, the initial $750 is non-refundable. Cancellations inside 30 days: no refunds. If you do need to cancel, you are more than welcome to remain in the community and to continue enjoying the online course ($547 value), that's yours forever!
Overall, it's easiest to register directly from our site, but you won't pay more if you book another way. If you sign up on Book Retreats, Retreat Guru, or other online sites: these sites may require a 15% deposit that's billed at booking. We'll reduce your remaining balance, so we ultimately absorb that 15% charge, not you. If your plans change, this 15% fee is fully refundable for cancelations up to 1 day before the event. Our $750 non-refundable reservation commitment and the remaining balance will be invoiced separately. If you have any questions, feel free to email [email protected].
If you’re flying or your schedule may change, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person (pending approval). If we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we can also discuss applying credit toward a future experience. You may also transfer the online course to someone else, but we don't think you'll want to!
Life happens. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out. We can’t promise an exception, but we can promise a human conversation and that we will do our best to find a resolution.
Yes, itemized receipts are available. We don't know your benefits program, so we can't guarantee this is covered, but we will provide requested documentation.

FAQS
Absolutely! New and repeat guests are all welcome. The high-level agenda is similar, but the locations, activities, people, and experience all vary. It's never the same adventure twice and we love that.
Of course! Many people choose to travel solo. Whether you come solo or bring friends, you’ll be welcomed quickly and come away with new connections that last beyond the weekend.
This isn’t time off. It’s a reset. A lot of retreats feel good while you’re there… and then Monday hits. Our events are designed to create real, lasting change and connections. It's structured and spacious. You’ll have daily anchors and real downtime. You won’t be “on” all day, and yet you'll come away with new knowledge, practices, experiences, support, and a well-being plan that's customized for you.
Nope. Sharing during group workshops and reflection circles is invitational and voluntary. Participate in whatever way works for you. You'll get a ton out of it whatever you choose.
Some of our events take place at wellness spas. Most of our locations are more casual. We typically go for a comfortable, nourishing, and low-key vibe, like you're going to stay at a friend's house (because you are, even if they're new friends). Either way, the program is the same. Choose what works best for you!
No. The group yoga is designed for all levels, so you can choose what's right for your body. Some solo and group activities, like hiking, kayaking, canoeing, or other outdoor adventures are more strenuous, but these are always optional.
The program is grounded and holistic, with practical tools, reflection, and space for inner work. We also learn about ancient wisdom traditions and practices, especially as they relate to the land where we're staying. There's no pressure to believe anything specific. That said, if you don't believe in a higher power (however you define that) or anything spiritual, this experience probably isn't right for you.
This is a small group experience, intentionally so! Attendance is typically between 10-14 guests, which is the sweet spot for this kind of work. Big enough to bring a real mix of energy, perspectives, and personalities into the room. Small enough that you're never lost in the crowd, never just a face in a circle of strangers, and never competing for time, attention, or the good chair by the window.
In a group this size, something different happens. Conversations go deeper faster. You actually learn people's names and their stories. There's room for everyone to be seen and heard, and the facilitator can tune the experience to the actual humans in the room rather than delivering a one-size-fits-all program to a crowd. Your well-being plan is genuinely customized to you, your personal consultation is real, and the connections you make are the kind that tend to stick around long after the retreat ends.
If you've ever left a big event feeling strangely lonely, or wished you could go deeper but the format just didn't allow it, this is the antidote. Small is the point. Intimate is the design.
These retreats are open to all adult women — there's no upper or lower limit (other than being 18+), and we genuinely mean that. We've had women in their late twenties and women well into their sixties, and some of the best conversations happen across generational lines when women who are in completely different life stages realize they're dealing with the exact same stuff.
That said, if you're wondering who you'll typically be sitting across the dinner table from, most of our guests tend to be somewhere in the 35–55 range—women who are mid-career or navigating transitions, who have been putting everyone else first for a while and are ready to redirect some of that energy toward themselves. Women who are smart and self-aware enough to know that something needs to change, even if they haven't quite figured out what yet. Sound familiar? You'll fit right in.
But if you're 28 or 62 and this is calling to you, trust that. The right women show up. They always do.
The retreat runs as a full five-day experience: arrival on Tuesday evening through departure on Sunday morning. We aren't able to accommodate partial stays. The program is designed to build on itself day by day, and honestly, the magic tends to happen in the middle when you've settled in and let your guard down a little. Arriving late or leaving early means missing pieces that matter, so we ask that everyone commit to the full experience.
That said, if you want to make a longer trip of it, the Phoenix and Scottsdale area gives you plenty of reasons to stay. You could arrive a day or two early to decompress before the retreat begins, or tack on a few days afterward to keep the good vibes going before real life resumes. Scottsdale is a world-class destination for wellness, spa experiences, outdoor adventures, and great food. It's easy to find everything from budget-friendly extended stays to full resort luxury within a short drive of Peoria. Old Town Scottsdale, the Tonto National Forest, Camelback Mountain, and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve are all worth exploring if you have the time. A little pre- or post-retreat adventure never hurt anyone's reset.
If you'd like suggestions for where to stay or what to do in the area, reach out. We're happy to help you plan!
Yes, Wi-Fi is available. Yes, we recommend taking a break from it whenever possible. We create space to unplug, but nothing is forced. You choose.
