Transformation happens this way. Revolution happens this way. Real, lasting change happens this way. It's personal. It starts with intention and grows — a quiet groundswell, undeniable and unapologetic.
This isn’t a retreat. It’s resetting. It's resettling into your forgotten truth. It's a revolution of well-being.
Something has to change. You know it. You feel it in your bones. This is your invitation to reclaim your well-being, a quiet revolution of wellness. It’s peaceful and kind. It’s not fancy. It’s real. It’s powerful. And, it’s fun.
If you’re ready for more than just some time off. If you’re ready for life to feel different, to be different. If you’re ready to be well, to be the change, and to be in the world, differently, join us!

Sometimes we meet at someone’s home. Sometimes we meet in small inns or retreat centers. We show up as guests and leave as friends. We leave stronger, healthier, happier, and more peaceful. We leave inspired, motivated, focused, and enthusiastic. Our spark comes back.
You'll come away rejuvenated and energized, feeling shifted, rested, changed, and supported. You'll discover a way to navigate life with clarity, ease, and lightness, your PATH of Well-Being: Being present in your life. Being in a state of flow. Being who you (really) are. Being in joy. Being on-purpose.
This experience isn't for everyone, but if it’s for you, you know it. You probably felt it. It feels like ‘knowing’ landed in you, mind, body, and spirit. It feels like hope, recognition, longing — Like a quiet “hell yes, this is happening.” If that’s you, join us.
About Mediwin
Mediwin is nestled in the woods on the shore of Fishtrap Lake in the heart of Wisconsin’s North woods, blending the serenity of nature with comfort and a spirit of adventure. Mediwin means “nature as medicine,” and it lives up to its name. From the time you arrive, soothing lake views, whispering pines, and cozy, woodsy charm ground you in calm and comfort. And, the local wildlife greet you throughout your stay, including eagles nesting on the lakeshore and occasional visits from a family of sacred white deer.

To reserve your spot, a deposit of $750 per person is required at registration. Because we’re a small group and we commit to lodging and meals in advance, the $750 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the experience begins. If you register within 30 days of the start date, payment in full is required to hold your spot.
Because we’re a small group and we commit to lodging and meals in advance, the $750 deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations 30+ days before the start date: any payments beyond the deposit are refundable. Cancellations inside 30 days: no refunds. You are more than welcome to remain in the community and to continue to enjoy the online course, that's yours forever with your deposit.
Overall, it's easiest to register directly from our site, but you won't pay more if you book another way. If you sign up on Book Retreats or Retreat Guru: these sites require a 15% deposit that's billed at booking. We'll reduce your remaining balance, so we absorb that 15% charge, not you. If your plans change, this 15% fee is fully refundable for cancelations up to 1 day before the event. Our $750 non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance will be invoiced separately. If you have any questions, feel free to email [email protected].
If you’re flying or your schedule may change, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person (pending approval). If we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we can also discuss applying credit toward a future experience. You may also transfer the online course to someone else, but we don't think you'll want to!
Life happens. If something truly unexpected comes up, please reach out. We can’t promise an exception, but we can promise a human conversation and that we will do our best to find a resolution.

FAQS
Absolutely! New and repeat guests are all welcome. The high-level agenda is similar, but the locations, activities, people, and experience all vary. It's never the same adventure twice and we love that.
All good. Many people do. Whether you come solo or bring friends, you’ll be welcomed quickly and come away with new connections that last beyond the weekend.
This isn’t time off. It’s a reset. A lot of retreats feel good while you’re there… and then Monday hits. Our events are designed to create real, lasting change and connections. It's structured and spacious. You’ll have daily anchors and real downtime. You won’t be “on” all day, and yet you'll come away with new knowledge, practices, experiences, support, and a well-being plan that's customized for you.
Nope. Sharing during group workshops and reflection circles is invitational and voluntary. Participate in whatever way works for you. You'll get a ton out of it whatever you choose.
Some of our events take place at wellness spas, like Miraval. Most of our locations are more casual — comfortable, nourishing, and low-key, like you're going to stay at a friend's house (because you are, even if they're new friends). Either way, the program is the same. Choose what works best for you!
No. The group yoga is designed for all levels, so you can choose what's right for your body. Some solo and group activities, like hiking, kayaking, canoeing, or other outdoor adventures are more strenuous, but these are always optional.
The program is grounded and holistic, with practical tools, reflection, and space for inner work. We also learn about ancient wisdom traditions and practices, especially as they relate to the land where we're staying. There's no pressure to believe anything specific. That said, if you don't believe in a higher power (however you define that) or anything spiritual, this experience probably isn't right for you.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available. Yes, we recommend taking a break from it whenever possible. We create space to unplug, but nothing is forced. You choose.
Yes, itemized receipts are available. We don't know your benefits program, so we can't guarantee this is covered, but we will provide requested documentation.
